For compiling salary and other surveys of our candidates.

All marketing updates that we send to you are because you have consented to receive these updates or because there is a legitimate interest in you receiving them. We will cease to send any marketing updates to you immediately after you opt out.

In some cases, we may be required to use your data for the purpose of investigating, reporting and detecting crime and also to comply with laws that apply to us. We may also use your information during the course of internal audits to demonstrate our compliance with certain industry standards.

It is possible that in the future, Halliday Marx could merge or be acquired by another business. If this happens, we may have to share the information that relates to you with the new owners of the business and their advisers. You will be sent notice of such an event. Other than in these circumstances, we do not and will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on our website, so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.
